The following Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our Websites, Journal of Asiatic Society for Social Science Research (JASSSR) journal, products and services offered by us, as it applies to all writers, publishers, students, teachers and others who access or use this website. Please read them carefully.

 

If you feel that the journal is not delivering its results as committed, you are entitled to ask for a refund. Exchange or return your purchase within 180 business days from the date of submission of the refund form. However, JASSSR reserves the right to analyse usage pattern and other inputs before formally processing refunds. JASSSR reserves the right to cancel the refund request without any prior notification.

 

REFUND OF SUBSCRIPTION FEE

Subscription Fee refers to any amount paid in the form of Membership Fee, Journal Subscription Fee, etc. will be considered as Subscription Fee. Subscription Fee paid by the Scholar / Academician / Institute are not refundable.

 

REFUND OF REGISTRATION FEE

Subscription Fee refers to any amount paid in the form of Course Registration Fee, Workshop Registration Fee, Seminar Registration Fee, Conference Registration Fee, etc. will be considered as Subscription Fee. Subscription Fee paid by the Scholar / Academician / Institute are not refundable. The refund is only applicable in case the Organization decided to cancel the Event and subject to the approval of the competent authority.

 

REFUND OF COURSE / WORKSHOP / PROGRAMME FEE

Subscription Fee refers to any amount paid in the form of Membership Fee, Journal Subscription Fee, etc. will be considered as Subscription Fee. Subscription Fee paid by the Scholar / Academician / Institute are not refundable. The refund is only applicable in case the Organization decided to cancel the Event and subject to the approval of the competent authority.

 

REFUND OF SECURITY AMOUNT

Security amount, if any, shall be refunded without interest, after adjustment of dues, if any, on withdrawal from the school. Security deposit is adjustable against damage to, or loss of - any valuables. The amount of the valuables will be deducted from the Security Amount before processing the refund and subject to the approval of the competent authority.

 

REFUND OF GOODS & SERVICE AMOUNT

Subscription Fee refers to any amount paid in the form of Membership Fee, Journal Subscription Fee, etc. will be considered as Subscription Fee. Subscription Fee paid by the Scholar / Academician / Institute are refundable. Exchange or return your purchase within 180 working days from the date of submission of the refund form. However, JASSSR reserves the right to analyze usage pattern and other inputs before formally processing refunds. JASSSR reserves the right to cancel the refund request without any prior notification.

 

LAW AND JURISDICTION

You expressly understand and agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country, state, province or territory determined solely by JASSSR to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms and Conditions. If the court of law having jurisdiction, rules that any provision of the agreement is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms, and the remaining Terms will continue to be valid.

 

All legal matters regarding the refund of JASSSR, are subjected to the jurisdiction to New Delhi only.
