Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • I agree that I have followed the prescribed format as per the JASSSR norms.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • I agree that I have follow Chicago 16th Edition for writing the Bibliography.
  • I agree that I will not submit the paper to any other publication authority unless the rejection letter is served by the JASSSR.
  • I agree that I will not enquiry for the status of the paper before 30 June 2025.
  • I agree that my paper is original and the plagiarism is below 10% as per UGC norms.
  • I agree that legal action should be taken in case of violation of any rules and regulations.
  • I agree to pay ₹500/- for the Digital Object Identifier (DOI), Printing Cost and Postage Charges in case my paper is accepted for publication.
  • I agree to pay ₹1500/- (Printing Cost and Postage Charges) for the Hard Copy of the Journal in case my paper is accepted for publication.

Copyright Notice

Before uploading the files, ensure that you have the following three documents in MS Word (.doc/.docx) format ready:

  1. Full Paper (excluding the Bibliography)
  2. Bibliography (formatted in Chicago 16th Edition)
  3. Copyright Transfer / No-Objection Certificate (in PDF format)

Important Instructions:

  • The bibliography must be uploaded separately and formatted strictly in Chicago 16th Edition. If it does not adhere to this format, the paper will be rejected. Click here for Chicago 16th Edition Reference Style guidelines.
  • The Copyright Transfer / No-Objection Certificate must be in PDF (.pdf) format only, with a file size less than 1 MB. Larger files may result in a server error. Click here to download the required format.
  • The full paper must be in MS Word (.doc/.docx) format only. PDF submissions are not accepted. The file size should be less than 9 MB, as larger files may cause a server error.
    The paper must not contain the author’s name or affiliations. These details will be required only in the final version.
