Abstract

The cultural landscape of temple towns represents a unique intersection of architecture, religion, tradition, and community life, forming a living heritage that continues to shape the socio-cultural fabric of India. This article explores the evolution and characteristics of temple towns, emphasizing their development around major religious centers and sacred geography.
